All content generated through the Service, including AI-generated short videos, is the exclusive property of addscribe.
Input Materials
Users shall not retain any rights to the input materials provided to the Service. By using addscribe, you grant addscribe exclusive rights to any content generated.
Usage Restrictions
The generated content is intended solely for use in connection with your business brand. While you may use the content, you agree not to modify it excessively beyond its intended use.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service employs artificial intelligence to generate content. Although addscribe endeavors to produce accurate and original content, the AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or issues related to originality. You acknowledge that addscribe does not guarantee the accuracy or uniqueness of the content and is not liable for any copyright or intellectual property issues that may arise from its use.
Acceptable Use and Restrictions
Business-Related Content
The Service is intended for generating content that is directly related to your business brand.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to create content that is unrelated to your business brand or that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Content Modification
You may use the generated content as provided; however, modifications beyond the permitted scope (i.e., excessive alterations) are not allowed.
Monitoring of User Content
Addscribe reserves the right to actively monitor user-generated content for purposes including, but not limited to, fine-tuning the AI. By using the Service, you consent to such monitoring.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

No Liability
